The Chilly Dogs Pack Project
The Pack Project is our ongoing way of giving back to the reputable volunteer organizations and dog groups who play a vital role in caring for, rehabilitating, and finding dogs the right forever home. Use the code for your organization of choice at checkout and we donate 10% of your order to that organization. Every month, we round our total up to the nearest $100.
These codes are not stackable with any other promotions or coupons.
Three steps. Always on. No end date, no minimum. Choose who you wish to support.
Every month, rounded up
At the end of each month we total every Pack Project order and calculate each organization's 10% donation. Once donations total a minimum of $50 in a month, Chilly Dogs will round up to the nearest $100. Your order might push your organization's number higher than it would have been — every time.
These organization partners show up every day for dogs who need them. Tap "Copy code" on the organization you want to support, then use that code at checkout.

We're adding organizations to the Pack Project all the time. If you run a Canadian dog related organization and want to join the Pack — and have your own donation code — we'd love to hear from you.

Each organization has its own code so every donation is attributed to them automatically — no extra steps, no order notes, no discount taken from your order. Just shop like normal and we'll send the donation at month's end.
We're actively adding organization partners across Canada. If you run a registered organization or foster network and want in, tell us a bit about your work — we'll set you up with your own Pack Project code and add you to the grid above.
Apply to Join the Pack10% of your order subtotal, before taxes and shipping. If you spend $150, $15 goes to the organization whose code you used. At the end of each month we add up donations by organization and round each organization's total up to the nearest $100 before we send the cheque — so the organization will usually get more than your order's 10%.
No — and that's on purpose. The Pack Project is about giving fully to the organization, not splitting the savings between you and them. You pay the regular price; we donate 10% before tax and shipping. If you wish for a customer discount, keep an eye on our email newsletters and social media for seasonal promotions.
No. Pack Project codes are not stackable with any other promotion or coupon. If you have a customer discount you'd rather use on a particular order, save the Pack Project code for your next one — every order is a fresh chance to give.
Each organization partner has its own code listed right on their card in the Meet the Pack grid. Tap "Copy code" on the organization you want to support, then paste that code at checkout. The donation goes to whoever's code you used — no order notes needed.
The donation is triggered by the code, so if no Pack Project code is used we can't attribute that order to an organization. If you forget, email us at info@chillydogs.ca with your order number within a week and we'll add it to the organization of your choice for that month's payout.
At the end of every month we total the orders for each organization's code, calculate that organization's 10% share, and round each organization's total up to the nearest $100 before sending it. If an organization's code earned $347 that month, the organization receives $400. We cover the difference.
We settle up at the end of every month. organizations receive their cheque or e-transfer within the first two weeks of the following month, along with a short note confirming the period and the amount.
